    The purpose of this project is to create a prototype-level system that aims to retain the employees of the company in which it was chosen. The prototype is responsible for highlighting its functionalities. The importance of a financial system is to simplify the service performed in several processes, which must be carried out daily by employees, in addition to making it possible to create projections that the company wants to make. This prototype is based on a database that receives the inputs and outputs and the control of the balances of this company, with this data received it becomes possible to carry out projections from at least one month to a long period of time. For the creation and documentation of this prototype, knowledge developed in the classroom in the modules of data modeling, financial management, programming logic, object-oriented programming, entrepreneurial management, business intelligence, software engineering and operating systems was used.

The importance of the application lies in facilitating a service that is performed in several processes that must be performed daily by the customer, aiming to simplify these processes and limiting the customer's performance to only monitoring the application.
