    It was proposed to the group to visit a property producing beef or dairy cattle, to collect and analyze zootechnical indicators or indices. The São José farm (Leite Fazenda Bela Vista), located in the municipality of Tapiratiba/SP, is a farm producing dairy cattle, in addition, it also manufactures milk and dairy products from its own production. Its area totals 1400 hectares, which converted into São Paulo bushels, is equivalent to 496 bushels. 1100 hectares are allocated for the cultivation of corn, sorghum and tifton.
