The aim of this project would be to analyze companies that already use the Lei do Bem and those that are interested in doing so and including this idea, seeking to understand how this adoption impacts not only their innovation rates, but also aspects such as employee motivation and the ability to face challenges in the market. In this context, it is essential to identify both internal variables, such as organizational culture and investment.

The main objective of this Integrated Project is to formulate the company UNIFEOB, concepts of all subjects taught in the classroom during the second half of 2022, the group is made up of six people who have their respective roles Bruno Araújo (data collection and analysis), Júlia Vitorello (document formatting), Luiz Fernando Ribeiro (sending e-mails), Mariana Franco (editor) and Pedro Peres (data collection and analysis). On the topic of Fundamentals of Administration will be dealt with points such as mission, vision and values, analysis of customers and generated values, analysis of competitors and their possible threats and company structure. In the Accounting section, information about balance sheet and the Statement of Income for the Year (DRE) will be collected in order to structure a financial analysis of the company. In Fundamentals of Economics will be simulated some scenarios that the company may come to face in the long term, with the purpose of projecting measures to be taken and what will be its possible performance. Finally, in Fundamentals of Finance it will be conceptualized what is Net Present Value, the time value of money, and with based on the DRE and on the projections made, the future values will be brought to the value present (based on Selic) in order to obtain the NPV.

This integrated project's main objective is to formulate the concepts worked on by students of the fourth Administration module in the classroom. Currently, the world is going through constant changes, in all areas and it is no different in agribusiness, so companies linked to this segment must be aware of the trends and challenges of national and international agribusiness. That's why Peixes Megg's Pescados LTDA was chosen by the group, as each year it proves to be a company that adapts to market trends and bravely faces the challenges of national agribusiness.
