First, it will be explained what these liabilities are and how they work, how were generated within the company and the solutions achieved by the company through agreement with the employees involved. The amounts generated by these liabilities will be shown, as they were calculated and which they represent as a percentage within the company, in relation to other sectors and other collaborators. After carrying out calculations, the value generated through the liabilities will be introduced in the company's financial statements, to indicate the financial impact, making comparisons and analysis of defined values.
