At the beginning of the project, the specific topic that would be addressed was defined, covering the research study with SCIELO, PEPSIC, and virtual libraries. Identify and map important points related to the theme that were interconnected. Among them were found: anxiety, Panic Disorder, anxiety symptoms, difficulty in learning and treatment and intervention. Anxiety is increasingly increasing in children aged 4 to 5 years who are in the transition to the first year of elementary school. The change of teachers, discipline and especially in some cases the ''end'' of the ludic issue in the classroom, ends up causing this anxiety.

It involves biological, historical, socioeconomic, psychosocial and cultural factors. Thus, the objective is to address the multifactorial nature of obesity, involving some employees of the Hospital Santa Casa Carolina Malheiros, in the city of São João da Boa Vista, in the State of São Paulo. Through their testimonials in the behavioral workshop, the problems of obesity in the hospital work environment will be addressed and a survey on a wide variety of factors that encompass obesity and studies from the main databases, specialized libraries and specific study units. After quantitative and qualitative analysis of all the information and analysis of data from the medical records of the employees and data decoding, and with the help of Gestalt therapy, psychoeducational awareness actions will be proposed, which enable the individual to prevent and combat obesity. Especially in relation to obesity, its prevalence was verified, associated with the lack of physical activity and healthy eating, which is why it should be an object of concern for hospital institutions, considering that, in these work environments, the effects are more drastic due to the dynamic established in the place. Finally, this work has the character of enabling psychoeducational awareness in preventing and combating obesity, in promoting health, through awareness, accountability and self-care of the individual in the hospital work environment.

On the other hand, social vulnerability is in the opposite direction, as an obstacle that prevents individuals exposed to it from being able to get rid of the prejudice linked to their conditions, influencing various fields of the subject's life, including mental health. The following work exposes the concept and the different forms of vulnerability, mental health and human development, also considering the family perspective and the possibilities of prevention. After observation at the study site, the intervention was applied in order to improve the behavior and expression of emotions of the children involved.
