In this interdisciplinary project, the objective is to show how the disciplines fit together and are essential to show how theory is essential for the perfection of practice and that theory without practice is like having the recipe for the cake, but not being able to eat it. . Theory is necessary for the execution to be perfect, having mastered the theory, it may be that you can find other ways to execute without breaking the rules that are essential in our profession. In the present work we will try to illustrate the profession of the accounting professional, who is responsible for helping the judge to reach the best possible decision when it involves litigation in the labor sphere, in which the judge, even though he is the holder of knowledge, is not able to judge or even analyze the documents that are attached as evidence. We will approach the expert as a whole, the expertise itself and situations that we believe will leverage our profession.
