This project aims to explore the positive effects that adherence to the Lei do Bem, created by the Federal Government, can bring to companies, especially with regard to innovation and competitive advantage. The Lei do Bem offers tax incentives to organizations that invest in research and development (R&D), promoting a more favorable environment for innovation. In this context, we will propose a detailed analysis of the company so that it is interested in benefiting from this legislation.

This project aims to develop a future projection for company A Tribo, with the aim of presenting the projection of an Income Statement for Financial Statement (DRE), taking into account the company's economic and financial scenario. We will work on the administrative strategic positioning, together with the analysis of customers, and the construction of economic scenarios. In the accounting unit, we will analyze all profitability and indebtedness of the company, resulting in a balance sheet. Also, we will have the present values net of the organization's projected earnings. Along with everything else, we will design a statement of income for the year, aiming at the entire economic and financial situation of the company.

In the contemporary module, our group used it as a basis for carrying out the business consulting company CRC Continental, an organization located in the city of São João da Boa Vista - SP, which sells tires, wheels, exhaust and automotive oil. O group chose the company CRC Continental, because of its prominence in the sector where it operates and because of the support given to the group to carry out our project. In our project we had the opportunity to see in the classroom the fundamentals business, with the knowledge acquired in this module we were able to carry out the our project associating the data collected in the entity with the knowledge that was passed for us in the classroom.

The objective of this project is to carry out a consultancy work partnership with Mega Eletrônicos, a company that operates in the retail trade and repairs of electronic products, in order to analyze their accounting, their strengths and weaknesses, and the From this, based on the knowledge acquired in the classroom, we developed a scenario for the company in question, and based on it suggest actions that can generate a better performance in their activities.

In our article, we aim at a marketing proposal for the Bakery Portal. We did some research with customers and employees and noticed that they they miss having more interaction on the company's social networks. We plan to hire a company specialized in advertising to manage social networks and the image of Padaria Portal, seeking to humanize relationships between the bakery and customers on the internet, and gain even more visibility with all this. Our goal is also to analyze the company's internal environment, identify the satisfaction of customers and employees, verifying through the SWOT Analysis the strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities. According to WESTWOOD (2007, p. 10). “Marketing involves discovering what customers want, make the company's products meet those requirements and, in the process, optimize the company profits.”

This Extension Project aims to present a consultancy Total Construtora, a company that operates in the field of civil construction, with the purpose of assisting the company in the solution of administrative problems and business units based on semester study units. Aiming to bring positive ideas on how to evolve strategically benefiting the company and its employees. The themes we will work on refer to administrative business fundamentals, including valuation, strategic positioning, customer and competitor analysis, and also one of the most important management tools which would be ''Mission, Vision and Values'', to define your business strategy.

Among all our numerous project objectives together with the company WISE, and our colleagues in the group, have highlighted the main objectives that together with the team we decided to achieve with this project. we chose through of a chat the company WISE for being a company that has about 45 (forty-five) offices and has more than 10,000 (ten thousand) customers and friends who are part of the organization that has more than 13 years of history. we will go develop analyzes and discussions so that we can add even more knowledge technical and theoretical to present the company, in order to gather ideas and plans to put into practice and manage to generate a good result and improvement for the company.

The present work is about consultancy, which aims to development of students in the business sector. The theme chosen to be addressed within the Wi7h, is the expansion of the company's structure, with the aim of promote the hiring of professionals with disabilities. The purpose of expansion can be applied to its subsidiary, which will be founded in the first half of 2022, already organized with adequate structures to provide assistance to people with greater difficulty in getting around and offering them better opportunities to inclusion, since many organizations are not coherent for such types of deficiency. In the first analysis, before the company, the project would be destined to hiring in the face-to-face area, but we do not rule out the possibility of a contract perform their role in the home office.
