    The present work deals with Economic and Business Development. Economic Development is defined as the improvement in the general well-being of the population, indicated by the increase in quantitative indicators of the economy, such as the GDP, and an improvement in qualitative indicators regarding the quality of life of the population is also expected. The main objective of Business Development is to encourage innovation, preparing projects aimed at business development.
