The following work aims to explain and discuss based on the data provided and in-depth scientific research already carried out in the first stage of the work, and refers to the case study below. This is a man called Hélio, resident of the south of the country, in the city from Pelotas. He has lived with his family on a farm for many years and loves to drink good chimarrão. His health is good, however, with the climate changes in the month of July, he lost his entire corn crop.
