According to Ansarah (2001), sustainable tourism is a model of economic development that aims to improve the quality of life of the community that welcomes visitors, as well as providing a qualitative experience of the environment environment in which both visitors and hosts can enjoy the environment of conscious way. Thus, it is necessary to evaluate the existing natural resources and its finitude, in order to guarantee its sustainability for future generations. The company specializes in sale of ready-to-eat frozen meals. The lines are diverse offering options for people with dietary restrictions, dieters or who want to maintain a healthy diet. The work was developed from information collected with the entrepreneur in meetings and through whatsapp. This information refers to the sale, inventory, operation, revenue, expenses, costs, marketing and other demands that emerged during the process.
