    This Project aims to explore the knowledge and applications of Supply Chain Logistics Management and Process Management. In the course of the work, the analysis of the supply chain will be addressed, as well as the processes that involve this management of the Danone company, from the process mapping, up to the analysis on the selection and evaluation of suppliers and of supply logistics interfaces, which was proposed to us. After discussing it, we chose to work with the Danone company.
