    Bullying is not only at school, but also in other places of social interaction and has been studied for a long time so that it can be minimized in the school environment, however we cannot rule out that the subject is delicate, after all, many behaviors come from experiences outside of school. Given the report described, we can observe some behaviors and decision-making that could have been avoided.
