P. AmbrósioThe present work is a case study of Colégio Madre Teresa, a private school in Arapongas, with around 250 students from kindergarten and early years of primary school Fundamental. For years it was managed by a religious order of nuns but was sold for two city teachers who dream of modernization starting with teaching and learning methodology, the use of updated teaching materials. Vera, the pedagogical coordinator, was extremely rigid, traditional and resistant to any modernization.
