    Information technology in people management has become fundamental in companies, as the tools provided by it, bring significant improvements in the processes of the HR sector, reflecting good results in the company. Human resources professionals had to adopt a new way of working, with a more strategic view, with some changes being the automation of processes, cost reduction, reduction of employee turnover, increased productivity, among others. Through research on websites and books, we will present how information technology tools positively influence the development of the human resources sector, and consequently, the development of the company.
