    Eco Care is the online destination for the individual looking to consume 100% organic, natural and vegan products. Seeking satisfaction in selling high quality products without harming the environment. Our project aims to value healthy life and a well-balanced planet. be careful, with that, we created the Eco Care website that has as a predominance the sale of makeup, hair and bath, skin and body and aromatherapy products. Natural cosmetics are those whose raw material and active principles can be considered natural, for example, the use of vegetable butters and oils, dyes and natural pigments, not tested on animals.

    The following work will refer to the Semper Vale Supermarket, where the subjects to be addressed will be general accounting, quantitative methods applied to business, management of labor liabilities, applied statistics and corporate finance. The Semper Vale Supermarket has 28 employees, who are well qualified so that they can perform their services with excellence, quality and commitment. A brief study on general accounting, the group collected data to analyze the balance sheet and simulate what is considered in labor liabilities. In the labor liabilities unit, the following subjects were elaborated: salary equalization, overtime and vacation, through these we approach information between employee and employer, rights and duties in accordance with the CLT - Consolidation of Labor Laws.

    To carry out the integrated project proposed this semester, we chose the MasterCell company. We use the knowledge acquired during the semester for the development of the project, these acquired through the study units from which were: Performance evaluation tool widely used in organizations in the area of people management, with the objective of analyzing the performance of the professional according to the activities performed, goals set and results achieved. Department of staff where labor laws and calculations were studied along with the process of hiring a new employee. The Leadership and Coaching discipline was to diagnose and develop the training needs of the company and its collaborators. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the objective was to create, lead and direct career plans, and also the study on the base and ceiling of positions and salaries. Per end in the Talent Selection and Retention unit where the purpose was to create a recruitment and selection process, aiming to determine the choice of employees referring to for each available position.
