    This is a consultation formulated by Maria das Dores, on the following questions: she asks whether it is necessary for the professional lawyer to present a power of attorney in order to have access to the police investigation. The second question presented is whether the treatment received by your child in prison is in accordance with the law. And thirdly, it asks whether financial institutions can make changes to the initial contract in relation to fee collections and finally presents the following question: “Is there anything that can be done to stop the bank from charging fees, is it possible to have an injunction ? If this is not possible, what can be done during the process so that the fees are not charged?”.
