We will take as a basis a real company, as suggested in the scope of this work, we will also address the current situation of companies, what efforts to be undertaken by them, to maintain their clientele in the face of the advent of the internet, real-time information, the growing and dynamic competition, and the new consumption patterns.

    This Integrated Project has as its main theme a Job Plan and Salaries, and this is a document where the company, the managers, describe the functions, attributions and responsibilities of each position of employees, such as also specifies the salary of each. The main objective of a Position and Salary Plan is equality, and this must be developed and mainly implemented without there being any prejudice or favoritism towards employees. The company Gencau, which is the basis of the study for the integrated project, has a adequate policy of plans for positions and salaries, as he manages with courses in training and promotions of its employees. The primary objective of this integrated project will be to expose how the company studied performs the promotion of positions and salaries of its employees, as well as how to identify how selections will be made.

    In this work we will approach the use of technology in the public sector, that is, how the technology can and has been revolutionizing the management system over the years, whether them public or private, we will approach the proposed sector in the work that is the sector public in its most varied spheres. We also point out how technology has allowed public managers to see administration from a new perspective, which has shown itself over the years to be agile and process facilitator.
