    Maintaining a profitable business does not only imply the acquisition of new technologies, but also in sustaining a differentiated positioning in the market through professionals who work in the company, as stated by Malschitzky (2002 p. 33). In this way, Nova Auto Peças seeks in its process of selection and retention of talents show their organizational culture to candidates and keep these professionals motivated and engaged in their positions through benefits and training.

    This project aims to present the company Café Pacaembu, in the food sector located in the region, and its sustainable actions analyzed from the socio-economic, behavioral and environmental points of view, elements that constitute the concept of sustainability, theme of this project, based on knowledge. acquired in this first semester of the course, integrating all disciplines, of which 3 constitute the content development of this work and the other 2 refer to the development of the document.
