    Since its beginnings, society has been in constant evolution in which changes are inevitable, in all sectors and facts of human life. In this sense, it is envisaged the need for improvement and monitoring of people in the face of this evolution, a fact this, which in many cases does not occur. An example of this, and the subject of this article, is the personal development, in which it creates training methods to prepare the employee for better manage their skills and apply them in the operational field. In this perspective, the present article aims to present the great importance of personal training of employees and the results it can generate, both for the company and for the employee, in addition to the numerous benefits that can be linked.
