When it comes to Cash Flow, there are several implicit concepts that are recognized as fundamental for its proper functioning and importance. At the However, it is important to highlight these concepts for a better understanding and execution of the related functions, When entering the business field, even if one understands the relevance of financial control, it is often neglected in favor of other issues considered "priorities". However, data in Brazil based on the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), demonstrate that prioritizing the company's monetary control is the more correct decision, bearing in mind that more than 60% of companies go bankrupt in the first 5 years due to lack of financial planning. Cash flow control is essential for companies, businesses and stores, especially given the large amount of money involved. This control allows establishments keep a detailed record of their income and expenses, which contributes to a more disciplined and error-free administration. According to data from Sebrae (Support Service for Micro and Small Companies), during the pandemic, 7% of companies closed for not having made a profit and 20% for lack of capital. This highlights the importance of adequate financial management for the survival and success of the business. Leading this is all in question, when we think about carrying out financial control manually, we realize how extremely complicated it is.

For a whole semester the team developed a cash flow project for the implementation by the company Fiscon. The project focused on developing a functional cash flow and integrated into a database. With the results obtained, the development team is now looking to make improvements in the interface and implement more features throughout the system. The main focus during the current semester is not just on improving the system, but in deepening the project documentation, implementing details that before not included in the written part. Some important details to mention are the additional ones that came with all of this and that will be contained in the document and in the system, such as: “Which operating system will the team will develop.

The Business Consulting Project of the third Analysis and Systems Development and Computer Science was the achievement of engineering reverse of the Cash Flow system previously developed by the team as a project of the previous semester. The purpose of documenting again was to enable a better understanding, study and extraction of information about the system for our client and others involved in the project. Reverse engineering is present in all companies that seek innovation, improvements and benefits from the use of agile methods in its development. So that the development, improvements and elaboration of the documentation were made, the team relied on the information provided by the disciplines developed during the module. Therefore, it was possible to improve and promptly present the document of the system developed for the company Fiscon.

Software Engineering is a discipline that focuses on the systematic process development, reliability, operation and maintenance of high quality software. This area of knowledge has the main objective of developing software that meets customer requirements, allowing for easy handling, efficiency, security and updates over time if so specified in the contract. Given this, it will be used from the pillars of learning in Software Engineering to document, develop and optimize the project in question. After alignment with executive director of the company Fiscon, the development of functional requirements was defined, not functional and commercial to the extent of the customer's taste, in which it aims to develop a control financial inputs and outputs, as the main motivation, to facilitate the organization for a company and avoid possible future imbroglios, keeping it constantly rising in the Marketplace. Therefore, sustaining financial control helps to understand where the money goes. is going and avoiding unnecessary expenses and possible bankruptcy. In this context, business management always seeks the organization, focusing on analyzes and results within the corporation, so that your investments are applied and these bring comprehensive financial return within the company. In this way, the use of tools presented as PowerBI, JIRA, SQL Server is indispensable for the conclusion of the same, together with prior knowledge of these tools.

The main purpose of this project will be the improvement and documentation of the flow of box for “Fiscon”. Last semester, the creation of a cash flow was worked on. According to Zdanowicz (2001, p.23), “cash flow is the visual demonstration of income and expenses spread across the future timeline”. The system model is responsible for control of inputs, outputs and processing. In addition, future balances will be foreseen, based on previously provided data. Business Intelligence concepts will be applied to advance visualization of data, creation of panels to help more and more to visualize their results, structured plans and tools that will help in your daily life in the company, innovating and advancing technologically. Documentation will be worked requirements functional and non-functional that the system has for its operation, both the requirements of the system and those of support for the tool to work. The development of documentation was divided into stages, working with the concept "Scrum Project" is a set of good practices employed in the management of complex projects so that each team member can plan and carry out each task prioritizing interests and objectives collectives in a participatory and collaborative way in the execution of collective activities. Therefore, the motivation for this project comes from the opportunity to help the company “Fiscon Accounting” for the development of a cash flow system to assist the entrepreneur to support their decision-making, in addition of course to the improvement of techniques learned in the module. participative and collaborative in the execution of activities collective.

In this semester, in a module entitled Software Engineering, we study a set of of techniques that aim to structure the development processes of a system, learning the procedures related to the creation of project documentation and the division of tasks of the group/company within the activities related to the technical development itself. With that in mind, the objective of the Extension Project of this module (titled Reverse Engineering the Cash Flow System) is to improve the documentation and partition of activities, creating an agile and organized development of the previous project through a reverse engineering of the system (Cash Flow System for the company Fiscon Accounting), the Data Modeling module, the Analysis and Development classes of Systems and Computer Science at UNIFEOB (Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos).
