    The present work presents the analysis of a reference company in innovation and process optimization. The company is responsible for marketing and distributing fuels to companies in various sectors of the economy through a Shell brand license. An important curiosity to be highlighted is the name of the company: “Raízen” - which in itself already presents the company's proposal (root and energy = RaizEn).
