Direct sales represent the main distribution channel for Natura products, reaching more than 5,000 municipalities. In Bolivia, the company sells its products through an independent distributor. The strategy defined by Natura involves the growth of the Brazilian and Latin American cosmetics market through a direct sales channel.

    When a new venture starts to be structured to start its operations, several previous steps needed to be carried out, at least that is what is expected of an organized business, so that the entrepreneur has in his hands plausible data that make it possible to carry out the analysis of feasibility and possibility of success of your new project. Faced with various food businesses in the city of Poços de Caldas, the team envisioned a very specific market niche, which seeks customers who want to go beyond meeting their food needs. In this way, the intention is to set up a Retro Snack Bar from the 1970s to 1980s, all in period style. In this Retro Snack Bar, the environment would send customers back to the past, with music, clothes, decoration, stories and period costumes, bringing sensations that stimulate the five senses.
