    This is a legal consultation carried out by Isabel, in which the following was reported. The applicant Isabel, Venezuelan, married to José and mother of Pedro, after experiencing high degradation with her family, due to her low levels of education, the language barrier and the lack of knowledge about issues related to citizenship in Brazil, made with them as targets for the abuse of opportunists, as an example of the small dairy in which Mrs. Isabel, her spouse and son work and resided. Paranapiacaba, Santo André district, were welcomed by the Venezuelan consulate, where they had regularized their stays in Brazilian territory, now with valid visas, they did not need to live in constant fear of being sent back to their homeland.
