    The Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) in the democratic management and social function of the school, observes the understanding, participation and contribution to the achievement of educational objectives, being a necessary instrument for the school to exercise its social function in the community and promote the development of teaching-learning (TRINDADE et al, 2015). The 1996 National Education Bases and Guidelines Law (LDBEN), in its article 2, regulates that school institutions “shall have the task of preparing and executing their pedagogical proposal” (BRASIL, 1996). In this way, the school has the autonomy to develop and build together with society a pedagogical proposal that meets the social context and reality of students.

    The purpose of this will be to demonstrate the action plan containing new practices and methodologies for teaching Literacy and Literacy of the Portuguese Language and Mathematics, prepared by the students of the tenth module of the EaD Pedagogy course at Unifeob, which was required through a e-mail, by the coordinator Pedro, who had just arrived at the “Emeb Capitão Nascimento” school located in the poorest region of the municipality of Borda da Mata Fechada. Pedro asks for help to innovate, bring interest and enthusiasm to the classroom and reports his concern with the methodologies used in the institution. We will see the importance of teachers reviewing their educational practices, including knowing the social environment of students, in order to provide quality education.

    Inclusive education seeks to promote the encounter between students, bringing them together so that they learn to deal with what is different with more empathy and collaborative spirit. Although guaranteed by law, there are gaps in inclusion due to the difficulty in relationship of what is expected from the school, but it has been opening ways for them to be respected, professionals contribute to overcoming barriers for students, enabling development, thus taking advantage of its potential and including it in the classroom and in society. Everyone should have quality education and Libras should be part of education of the deaf in schools, they must learn through the gestures and language of signals. The use of Libras was recognized as a means of communication and expression of deaf person, allowing the individual the best inclusion, being important the ways to facilitate this communication.

    The present work aims to evidence how literacy and literacy should be worked in early childhood education. The terms literacy and literacy are currently not only linked to the Portuguese language area, they also contribute to the understanding of other areas of knowledge, such as mathematics. It presents a proposal of interdisciplinarity between language and mathematics.
