The school community is made up of students and their guardians, teachers, school managers, other school employees, people and organizations that live or work in the surrounding area. Another important aspect of the organization and functioning of education is the performance of the central bodies of each federative entity in their respective requirements.

In recent years, science education has been transformed in response to emerging global challenges, especially with regard to sustainability. Growing concern about environmental issues such as climate change, ecosystem degradation and scarcity of natural resources requires an innovative approach to science education. Much has been discussed about how the socioeconomic and low schooling of families has increasingly affected the process of motor development in children's lives, limiting them from having a greater recognition of the world around them. In the present case we will report on Ana Carla, a teacher of Early Childhood Education, who passed a public contest and started working in a municipal school where she lives Miracatu do Norte. Most of the population works in sugarcane, and the level of education is very low, 78% of people have not finished elementary school.

It is necessary to guarantee safe spaces for artistic expression free from censorship, encouraging respect for the plurality of voices and worldviews. By promoting respect between art, culture and artistic freedom, we are contributing to the construction of a more inclusive, creative and democratic society, where different cultural expressions can flourish in all their diversity.

The teacher's attitude was not correct, as he did not give the student a chance to speak out, placing compliance with the program above any demand from the students, considering that the test would be administered. He wasn't interested in what was happening, he didn't realize that the students were unaware of the program. He could listen to her, talk to the class and make them reflect on this uncomfortable situation. The teacher must always listen to students and advise them not to offend others, to have empathy, regardless of any type of situation. Compliance with the program became his objective without necessarily worrying about the real and meaningful learning of students.

Inclusive education ensures equality for all students, regardless of their needs. This issue is extremely important for the world of education, as inclusive education recognizes that diversity is a reality present in all classrooms and that differences should not be a reason for exclusion or discrimination. Each student has their own individuality, different abilities and interests. Therefore, the right to learn is for everyone, and it is essential to provide support and resources so that all students have access to the school curriculum, thus participating in learning activities and receiving adequate support in their difficulties.

The present work has as objective to present the benefits that have the new up-to-date teaching materials and the insertion of technologies in the daily lives of students and teachers and what they can bring to education, especially to Colégio Madre Teresa. It is common knowledge that the college was of extreme importance for the formation of students who have already graduated, but it is necessary to go in search of new methodologies of teaching and learning with new technologies. Thus, the technology we seek is present in the daily lives of our students and also from many teachers and for that reason there is no reason not to introduce it, promoting improvements in this teaching-learning process. The benefits it can bring are many, one of them is the creation of tools that can be used by teachers in the classroom, allowing access to information and resources for students, making their classes more dynamic, efficient and innovative. In this way, the use of these new tools brings a new teaching methodology, making the student have a more complete and dynamic experience. On the other hand, traditional education brings a model of work that is not very dynamic, with few student interactions, with this, the experiences of these students end up happening only with theoretical materials, not allowing active participation in the learning and not even a practical experience. In teaching with the use of new technologies, these students can “put their hand in the mass", really experience what they are learning, making that learning very more interesting through the use of these technologies, which with just one click can get to know, approach and interact more deeply in matters such as mathematics, through a feature that is the solutions panel “that can be mounted both with direct exposure of the records produced and by placing some of the solutions on the board 4 ISSN – 1678-1783 by the students themselves, or even using technological resources, to design solutions diverse for the class” (Katia Stocco Smole, 2013, p. 18), among many other things.

Literature in Early Childhood Education is fundamental for the formation of children, through reading it is possible for the individual to grow, experience new worlds, sensations and feelings. The habit of reading in childhood helps to awaken critical thinking, in addition to helping learning, developing imagination, emotions, creativity and curiosity.

The Early Childhood Education curriculum is conceived as a set of practices that seek to articulate the experiences and knowledge of the children with the knowledge that is part of the cultural, artistic, scientific and technological heritage. It is important to support children, from early and throughout all their day-to-day experiences in Early Childhood Education in establishment of a positive relationship with the educational institution, in the strengthening of self-esteem, interest and curiosity in knowing the world, familiarity with different languages, in accepting and welcoming differences between people. Coherent with this perspective, it is expected that the curriculum proposals for Early Childhood Education promote varied experiences with different languages, recognizing that the world in the which they are inserted, by force of the culture itself, is largely marked by images, sounds, speech and writing. In this process, it is necessary to value the ludic, the games and the cultures children.
