The Interdisciplinary Project aims to measure and analyze the organization's financial indicators, thus helping decision-making. The company chosen for the elaboration of this project is Suzano S.A. which has been operating for almost 100 years in the manufacture of pulp and paper in Brazil.

In this interdisciplinary project, the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement of a company will be prepared. With the release of simulated accounting events and real data extracted from the BMF Bovespa, it was possible to prepare the necessary reports to carry out this project. To carry out this project, Lojas Renner S.A. was used as a base. Currently the company is the largest fashion retailer in Brazil, operating in domestic and foreign trade, these factors helped in choosing the company to carry out this project. Each unit of study of this project is of great importance for its realization. With the theoretical knowledge transmitted throughout the semester, it was possible to develop skills that will help in our accounting career. In the Advanced Accounting study unit, the fundamental principles of accounting were addressed, it was possible to understand the concepts of affiliate, controlled and equivalent, it was also discussed how the processes for the preparation of consolidated statements, corporate reorganization processes and the methods of investment evaluation. With the Accounting Standards and Pronouncements Analysis unit, some of the CPCs were analyzed, in this way it was possible to understand the definitions of the main accounting standards, such as: Intangible assets, Adjustment to present value, inventories, financing, fixed assets and revenue from customer contract.

The interdisciplinary project aims to relate the study units of the semester and apply them in a particular company in order to collect information and demonstrate in practice the content learned in the classroom. The content presented during this project covers disciplines related to logistics, in order to diagnose processes that are part of the supply chain. In the context of the project, subjects such as main suppliers, ways of storing raw materials, and the importance of having adequate planning when carrying out an inventory control were emphasized. The transformation stages that the product goes through until its finalization for sale were described and how to develop and manage projects aimed at continuous improvement within the company were studied. At the end of the project points of improvement in the company were analyzed and thus solutions were applied to such points promoting better results in communication with customers; the results of these activities were presented at the end of the project with the presentation of costs.

This article aims to present the main points of concern in industry 4.0 labor relations. It seeks to demonstrate the scenarios that will be affected in the country's labor relations and which types of labor will be significantly affected by the automation and robotization of processes and corporations. It also discusses how new technologies modify human behavior, not only highlighting the negative aspects, but also pointing out skills that will be necessary for the restructuring of human work. It focuses not only on working relationships with automation and robotization but also on what the jobs of the future will look like.
