    Esse trabalho tem como objetivo principal o estudo de caso sobre treinamento, desenvolvimentos e avaliação de desempenho de uma empresa real, tendo em vista a matéria desenvolvida ao longo do trimestre. Para a elaboração dessa análise, foi escolhida a empresa Soufer Industrial Ltda. A empresa Soufer Industrial foi escolhida por diversos motivos, dentre eles estão: sua trajetória de cinquenta e cinco anos de sucesso, uma notável expansão comercial e a gentileza e hospitalidade com que tratam os estudantes, dando extrema importância e prestatividade a tudo que foi pedido para a elaboração da pesquisa.

    The main objective of this work is to analyze the possible social impacts caused by the implementation of an environmental management system. For the accomplishment of the present work, the Banco Cooperativo Sicredi was chosen and for the accomplishment of this research, in addition to all the bibliography cited at the end of the work, an employee of Sicredi, Bruna Laís, was interviewed, who kindly gave us all the necessary information.
