    This article aims to present issues within organizations, which can directly affect the health of the collaborator, being the main theme approached the Burnout Syndrome, also known as professional burnout syndrome, identifying the main causes and their consequences. And how people management applied assertively can prevent this psychic disorder. Research will be applied field to study the organizational climate in companies and based on research recent information on the Syndrome to identify the disease and choose the best alternatives to remedy this very common problem, especially during and after the pandemic experienced in the last two years, and taking advantage of the management of collaborators and development of leaders to equalize this problem, establishing new cultures and customs within of companies.

The company presented was Sabor de Família, it is a company active in the retail trade of goods in general, with a predominance of food products - mini-markets, grocery stores, warehouses, where it also supplies food prepared mainly for home consumption, its headquarters are located in the city of Cravinhos, the franchise we provide consultancy and Anita Cristina Martiello located in Avenida Doutor Durval Nicolau, 1016, Jardim Nova São João in the city of São João da Boa Vista, whose store has been in operation since October 15, 2021.

    Data from Euromonitor international show that the healthy food sector grew 33% across the country between 2015 and 2020, with this Brazil is the 7th in the world in the healthy food and beverage market. Furthermore, this industry has reached mark of R$100.2 billion in 2020 and, by 2025, the sector is expected to grow another 27%. Consequently, in order to have a good result, it is necessary to have a logistical planning. For Ballou (2006) “logistics planning seeks to respond to questions that are constant in the field like: what, when and how. These questions develop in three levels that are known as levels: strategic, tactical and operational, in which they differ with each other only by the time horizon of planning, where the strategic is considered long term. term, the tactical has an intermediate time and the operational one is a short-term decision-making process with decisions taken daily. Each level of planning has specific particularities and that must be in tune with the processes.”

    This project aims to produce a technical analysis of the startup Trampow, through a consultancy; the current form of organization of the company will be presented, its area of activity, the points of viability of the company, the scenario in which it finds itself and how it can take advantage of it in its favor. To expose the data in a didactic way, an analysis based on the SWOT Matrix (which shows the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the company), an organization chart (responsible for displaying the organizational structure) and a projection of the Income Statement of the next period, all three accompanied by relevant comments and clarifications. It is expected, in this way, to help the company to better understand its plans and ambitions and how it can take advantage of its strengths and avoid its weaknesses.

    Raia Drogasil X Onofre

    RD, responsible for the purchase, was formed in 2011 from the merger between Droga Raia and Drogasil, which combine 193 years of history in Brazilian pharmaceutical retail. CVS had purchased Drogaria Onofre in 2013 for approximately US$187 million. The process began in February 2019, when Raia Drogasil (RD) announced the acquisition of Drogaria Onofre, until then under the control of CVS. The acquisition allows the chain to increase its scale in physical retail, in addition to accelerating its digital strategy, increasing the density of deliveries in all states where RD operates, and expanding its operations in e-commerce. With the merger, RD announced that all Onofre physical stores will be converted into Droga Raia and Drogasil, both will continue to be multi-channel, focused more on convenience, and only Onofre will be 100% online, focused on competitive pricing and adding value to the brand’s digital strategy. We will analyze the statements published on BM&FOVESPA and on the RD website < https://www.rd.com.br/ > (accessed in April 2020), to point out the impacts on the results of operations due to this merger of institutions, comparing data for 2018, the period prior to the acquisition, and 2019, which was the first year ended after the completion of the merger of the companies.
