The following project presents Fazenda Bela Vista and features marketing strategies covered in class, used to analyze and boost the company's sales. We also bring the idea of a partnership with the company Sodiê Doces, which uses high quantities of milk in its productions, thus allowing both companies to benefit and grow together, as the company Sodiê Doces has several stores in the São Paulo region and Fazenda Bela Vista seeks visibility and increased sales.

On March 29, 2022, a technical visit was made to the property called Jaboticabeiras Farm, to obtain data and study information for the project module I provided by UNIFEOB. There was initially a brief presentation by managers Reginaldo and Fernanda, responsible for the farm, followed by questions asked by the students, ending with a trip to the strategic points of the place. The farm has excellent management, in addition to the fact that it has a fully self-sustainable, always looking for the best commitment to sustainability. It was proposed to the group to visit a property producing beef or dairy cattle, to collect and analyze zootechnical indicators or indices. The São José farm (Leite Fazenda Bela Vista), located in the municipality of Tapiratiba/SP, is a farm producing dairy cattle, in addition, it also manufactures milk and dairy products from its own production. Its area totals 1400 hectares, which converted into São Paulo bushels, is equivalent to 496 bushels. 1100 hectares are allocated for the cultivation of corn, sorghum and tifton.

This Integrator Project at first suggested a hypothetical situation that we had acquired an agricultural property in Rio Verde (GO) and that we decided to start a crop of the bean legume in this property Therefore, we consider it relevant to start this work contextualizing the municipality of Rio Verde, in Goiás, 420 km from Brasília. River Verde has an altitude of 748m above the sea, and a slightly undulating topography, with 5% slope. The Köppen and Geiger climate classification, the climate is Aw, i.e. a tropical climate, which is divided into two seasons: dry, occurring between April and October, and the rainy season, occurring from November to April. The annual monthly temperature is in the range of 23.4°C and the average annual rainfall is 1493mm. About its soil, it is of the latosol type dark red with clayey and sandy-clay textures and also different silt and porosity distribution profiles (CITY HALL OF RIO VERDE, 2009; 2019).

In this project, the theory about the bean legume was developed as mentioned previously in relation to the hypothetical situation that was suggested to us. In this way, we perform the survey of bean sowing parameters. Regarding the parameters, start with line spacing, the standardized measurement of 0.50m is generally used; The depth in clayey areas is determined between 3 to 4 cm and in sandy areas 5 to 6 cm; the final population generally settles at 240,000 plants per hectare, with some cultivars being exceptions. The seeding density, initial stand and final stand are related to the desired final population, which may vary according to the size of the area, possible emergence of weeds and pests, among others. In Annex 1, it can be seen tables with some cultivars of carioca, black and other types of commercial groups, with sowing data and parameters, as well as information regarding resistance and productivity numbers (SILVA, 2021).

Group 01 presents for this extension meeting promoted by UNIFEOB, the project integrated production of crotalaria seeds, a crop widely used for green manure. It consists of monitoring and monitoring the seeds sown at depths of 3, 5 and 10 cm over 21 days, observing their evolution. The species of crotalaria chosen was the Crotalaria ochroleuca species. Below, we will discuss more about this species, addressing its characteristics and adaptabilities.

The title of the IP is “FEASIBILITY OF THE USE OF AN IRRIGABLE SYSTEM IN THE CATTLE FATTENING PROCESS”, whose purpose is: Show through spreadsheets and graphs the benefits of using a system irrigable in cattle weight gain while they are in the final fattening process, drastically reducing the time to slaughter.
