    The integrated project will focus on analyzing communication between teams in an organizational environment, demonstrating human behavior in a organization and difficulties in teamwork and the effectiveness of written communication and oral. Good organizational communication has its information transmitted without misunderstandings among the internal team, as long as they are clearly in possession and responsible for increasing productivity and efficiency in daily tasks. It is extremely important that in business scenarios you have good communication between teams, as this allows the goals of everyone within the team to be achieved.
