In this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. We use a fictitious market for the elaboration of the project, using information from a real company, whose fancy name is Mercadinho da Família, we use its location, the CNPJ, branch where it operates and the name of the partners of an existing company in São João da Boa Vista –SP, in which we use as our corporate name “Rochetto & Rochetto Mercearia Ltda.”.

This Business Plan consists of diagnosing through data extracted from the owner of Fazenda Boa Vista, whose activity is Sheep Farming, to verify the viability of the business. Farmer Mr. João Batista Richena has this business as a supplement to income and not as a core business since he is retired and manages the property with the help of his teacher wife. Sheep production is intended for customers who want a better quality animal, health and balanced diet. The animals are sold on the farm itself, and contact with the consumer is made in person or by telephone, only the animal with a minimum of 30 pounds is sold. He does not slaughter the animals, because he needs a lot of bureaucracy between the competent agencies, which would require a financial reserve that he currently does not have or else make a funding from PRONAF, made with BNDES that encourages family farming through low interest rates on rural financing, in addition to the lower delinquency rates among the country's credit systems. However, it should be noted that the activity is currently informal, so Mr. João needs to update his data with the responsible agencies, since his CNPJ has as primary activity the cultivation of citrus, except orange and as secondary activity the raising of beef cattle, and he does not perform any of these activities.
