Members of Pura Beleza Cosmética will be able to use the methods that will be in their favor, such as Entrepreneurial Management, which is the union of all the concepts of entrepreneurship applied to the administration of a business, encompassing the management practices of the company. Strategic Management that develops the company's planning, establishing the desired future situation. The Entrepreneurial Profile that shows important characteristics for those who want to undertake mainly in a sustainable way. Capital Sources that will estimate the investment value. A business strategy that is the set of objectives, goals, purposes, guidelines and plans to achieve the company's goals. Mission, vision and values that are fundamental to business planning because Mission shows why the company exists, Vision is where the company intends to reach and Values are the institutional standards of the company.

The company chosen to work with in this module was Lojas Americanas, where this Interdisciplinary Project on hidden cost of labor and its financial impact will aim to apply the knowledge acquired in each unit of study, then help us to conceptualize and identify the financial impacts about the termination of an employee using Payback analysis on their cash flow.

The purpose of this integrated project is to examine the individual financial statements of Positivo Tecnologia SA (“Company”), identified as the parent, respectively, which comprise the balance sheet as of December 31, 2018 and the related statements of income, comprehensive income, changes in shareholders' equity and cash flows for the year ended. We will find that working capital in an enterprise is based on the current assets and liabilities accounts that manage its operating activities while maintaining stable cash flow, which occurs when there is proper management of the acquired capital.
