    The work had as its theme the construction of a business budget and its analysis on the tax regime of the real estate company Braido. The company's corporate budget aims to analyze the possibilities of improvements that may have a greater investment based on market analysis from this initiative seeks to develop projects in order to try to identify possible innovations since this is a new market trend, Even in real estate, it is necessary to have a real evolution and for that it is necessary to have a budget for the company to make the right decisions in order to reach the proposed objective. The tax regime that the company fits in is the National Simple a less bureaucratic option with the requirement of easier ancillary obligations, a simpler way to contribute and have more time for other activities. As stated above the objective of the paper can identify the importance of the topics for the purpose of improvements understanding the subject will be more likely to prepare their budget and tax plans in order to be successfully executed.
