    An effective environmental management model is only possible when there are social impacts. These impacts only occur when there is integration between the government, the company and the communities. They must be heard so that there is an initial identification of positive and negative impacts that have occurred on the environment for the responsibility of the company that applies them through the insertion of urbanization to add greater working capital and jobs within municipalities.
