    The present work is about the communication between the teams in the organizational context, where we will approach an integrated project on the topic addressed by a real company, for this concept we chose the company Abengoa Bioenergia Agroindustria LTDA, where we will carry out an analysis in order to show how teamwork and its forms of communication within the organization. We will approach the main theories to explain the behavior of the employee within an organization, highlighting the principles that occur in the day-to-day of the company that may or may not help in the behavior, and the effective ways of applying them to have a good relationship between co-workers aligning professional goals with the company's goals.
