PASSIVOS TRABALHISTAS NAS EMPRESAS Pastelaria Artesanal
(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-09-30) BORSARI, JULIANA MARQUES; Oliveira, Wagner André da C.; Cilino, Felipe Delduca
The human being is the only animal that has the social need to feel the owner of something material or immaterial, not only instinctive and territorial, like the other animals of our knowledge. It has inherent in its human nature to do its own thing, to have its distinctive mark, its style, its personal way of applying it to something. Urban tribes, for example, as part of the complex social niche in which we live, are an interesting exponent of Homo Sapiens' commitment to becoming noted and remarkable in the interpersonal circle that surrounds us. We often hear in friendship or professional circles how we would do differently if we had our own businesses, our own companies. It is almost unanimous this thinking of human beings. It is the need to become active, not passive, in decisions that feeds the entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial spirit of men.
