The development of this work has in its objectives to approach the themes on the values of the net profits and the net equity, being thus it will be explained on the company Natura SA, which is a solidified and consolidated company in the market in which it operates in the branch of cosmetics and toiletries where it carries the legacy of protecting the environment, in addition to being one of the largest sustainable companies operating in the market.

The purpose of this IP is to demonstrate through Corporate Brainstorming of a company created to serve an increasingly promising market. Going through all aspects of entrepreneurship where we can create and solidify a new business model focused on health and food in the PET market. Throughout the presentation we will come across some of the stories that permeate all content about entrepreneurship, presenting clearly and objectively what is really needed for the success of a new business and all its maintenance.

In this part of the PI - Integrated Project we will address topics related to People Management and labor issues such as the difference between Salary x Remuneration, in addition to hidden costs related to labor. In addition to carrying out a simulation of the termination of an employee of the chosen company (Natura S.A.) with a demonstration of the termination of the contract and previous salaries.

During this Integrated Project (PI) we will address issues related to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), its definition and demonstrate some projections made by experts for the year 2021. In addition to addressing recent measures and laws enacted for the well-being of the population and how they affect Natura SA and the population in general. We will also go into the subject of the foreign market and how this environment affects Natura S.A. at the organizational level, as well as the positive and negative points of external sales.
