    The company to be analyzed is Águas Prata, focusing on sustainability and ethical relations in the organization's activities. We aim to analyze the company in the social, environmental and economic aspects to reach the conclusion whether it is sustainable or not, so that we can contribute to its development. The method used was a survey made with the company's director, who through his answers analyzed the thought and the way it acts.

    Human Resource Management, People Management, Strategic Human Resource Management or Human Resource Management, is the application of a set of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values, aimed at managing people's relationships with the organization. This management has become a fundamental process in the growth of organizations, pursuing as its basic objective the alignment of HR policies with the organization's strategy. Within a company, this “system” drives others, as it deals with people's primary needs, in which they push the individual to the other stages of the motivational pyramid. Beyond the financial aspect, people want challenges, they want to be recognized, they need to be valued, they want to be rewarded for their results, they aspire to careers. Achieving the excellence of this concept requires that the three areas are in balance - Economic, Social and Environmental - the “tripod” of sustainability.

    Sustainability is a word that stands out today in large commercial and industrial centers, in this paper we will talk a lot about this subject, particularly in the company Liderkraft Embalagens LTDA, which is located in the city of Aguaí-SP. In addition to sustainability, we will also discuss the management system of this company, its environmental concern, the planning of creating a plan to enable, achieve a certain objective and the survey of characteristics that make up the structural and relational reality of the company. Our main focus is to show a little more about the daily life inside the company, where we will try to demonstrate as much as possible the work environment as: relationship between employees, entrepreneur's look, production system, logistics and their concern for the environment.

    The objective of this project is to verify if the chosen company in question is sustainable. Several areas of study were designed for this verification. We chose this company (hutchinson) because it is a multinational company recognized for the quality of its products. One of these recognitions was on April 18 in the city of Campinas, where Honda Automóveis do Brasil ltda, gives HBA the certificate of outstanding quality in the Honda Way program. In addition the company employs hundreds of people and helps the lives of many of them, this company contributes to the growth of the city aiming at the welfare of its employees and city dwellers, not harming the environment and caring for the safety of all.
