    We have been active in the healthy eating industry for a short time and we have already noticed the difference in the health of our partner clients. We work with the best in the healthy, sustainable and environmentally friendly business. With this we saw the need to expand our business and seek new people ready for a radical change in their lifestyle, but it is not easy. As we saw in the articles studied this semester, the Organization, planning and management of people are mandatory factors of every company that seeks to stand out in the market and achieve results. One of the items that most worries the reality of companies is the labor liability, caused by work card registration, lack of overtime pay, commissions and so on.
