    In accordance and in compliance with the expected academic requirements, this work was developed according to a survey that aimed to analyze the social and environmental impacts caused by the implementation of the environmental management system at the company Natura Cosméticos S / A. about its EMS, the certification according to NBR ISO14001, its sociology of work, economic system and the social impacts arising from it that reinforce the company's commitment to increasing productivity but also with the fairer distribution of wealth generation.
