    Strategic Cost Management consists of a method with the objective of improving processes of improvement and creation of value, seeking to increase profitability with alternatives to reduce production costs. Controllership plays a key role in analyzing the financial health of the company, as it gathers data on each transaction, investment, revenue and costs. In addition to providing the information to increase profits, organizations that have internal control support a cost reduction policy. Management accounting is the process of identifying, measuring, analyzing and communicating financial information used by management for planning and controlling a company, to ensure the proper use of its resources.

    In this work, an in-depth analysis of the effects that the labor liabilities caused in the company MTJ Radiologia, in which it is a imaging exams, such as X-ray. In the Labor Liabilities Management unit, some liabilities are identified that were committed by the company recognizing the laws that were breached to become such liabilities. And together with that, it is proposed possible solutions so that they are not committed again. In relation to the unit of studies of Applied Statistics, it is analyzed and demonstrated the ratio of how many company employees were affected by the Labor liabilities.
