    This article aims to present the main points of concern in industry 4.0 labor relations. It seeks to demonstrate the scenarios that will be affected in the country's labor relations and which types of labor will be significantly affected by the automation and robotization of processes and corporations. It also discusses how new technologies modify human behavior, not only highlighting the negative aspects, but also pointing out skills that will be necessary for the restructuring of human work. It focuses not only on working relationships with automation and robotization but also on what the jobs of the future will look like.
