We will delve into research in the company and describe how to use of jobs, salaries and career plans in practice, in addition to defining job plans and wages along the stage for its implementation. We will also comment on recruitment and selection processes relating in the day-to-day experience of the chosen company together with its tools, we will talk about its concepts and stages, to the feedback after the process, how to speak, act, break the news to the participants, whether the expected response was good or not. Finally, we will work on practical training for life, in order to be used on a day-to-day basis, helping candidates in selection processes, from resume to interview.
