To carry out this integrated project we chose SAMSUNG, the choice of this company is due to the fact that it is a reference in its field and also because it is a of the few companies that we were able to obtain greater amount of information relevant to carry out the elaboration of the integrated project.

    Looking at the organizational climate is essential to optimize the work of teams and maximize results. Here in this work I will demonstrate a little of the organizational environment of the ID LOGISTICS company and also talk about some processes that involve not only the company itself, but also the others. Demonstrating human behavior in organizations and companies' cultures requires a good methodology, but here in this work I will address some topics and talk a little more about it, also talking about the teams formed within organizations and some experiences on the subject, I will also address the forms of communication within the company .
