    We will present the main rates that affect our country's economy, in addition to looking at the organization in a systemic way, understanding who its main competitors are, what its weaknesses and strengths are, and what factors influence its survival. Finally, we aim to use the methodology and concepts learned in class to design future scenarios that will be faced by UNIFEOB over the next year, allowing the educational institution to prevent possible positive and negative impacts.

    The financial and labor situation of Pesk Pag Morada do Sol will be presented and analyzed, where improvements will be proposed that contribute to its development. In the financial analysis, the sources of revenue, fixed and variable expenses, profitability, equilibrium point and debt will be evaluated. Cash flow control and debt management will also be examined in order to optimize financial results. In the labor analysis, it will be verified if Pesk Pag Morada do Sol fulfills legal obligations related to employment contracts, working hours, overtime payment, safety at work and training.
