Plants are made up of root, stem and leaves, flowers and fruits and each part plays a fundamental role for the plant. The chemical composition of plants: 90% C (form: CO2) O (form: O2) and water (H2O) 10% are composed of minerals. The present work was to conduct an experiment where the analysis parameters are the germination of corn (Zeamays) after 4, 7, 14 and 21 days of planting at different depths, namely: 3.5 and 10cm, in different regions: South of Minas Gerais and Leste Paulista, aiming to analyze the germination days, vigor and health of plants. The Syngenta Forseed FS575 hybrid was used in this experiment. It was concluded in this experiment that the Eastern region of São Paulo had the fastest germination for both depths, but the greatest development was in the Southern region of Minas Gerais, where growth and health presented better parameters, since the lower temperature favored development.
