    Swimming is one of the most practiced sports in the world (Souza 2004). It is a simple relationship between the body and water. Several authors believe that the swimming is the most complete sport, which works on physical abilities such as endurance, flexibility and strength (SENRA, 2005 apud Dieckert, 2003).
