    In this work, it was possible to demonstrate analyzes of the socio-economic indicators of the city of Mogi Guaçu/SP and which are the approximate forecasts for the future, using the parameters of employability, unemployment, wages, among other indicators. The work of the 1st class of Economics at the UNIFEOB business school aims to present the social impacts on the economy and how good or bad management directly influences societal issues in aspects such as education, health, fiscal management, planning and the environment. Parameters such as the IEG-M, (Municipal Management Effectiveness Index), the number of employed persons in the municipality, and values ​​of the National Consumer Price Index (INPC) over time were used.
