    In the dynamic and competitive scenario of the business world, the careful analysis of risks and opportunities plays a fundamental role in the formulation of successful strategies and the sustainability of organizations. This Business Consulting Project, entitled "Risks and Opportunities in Agribusiness", focuses on an in-depth analysis of the company Guilherme Tonon, which operates in the agribusiness sector, more specifically in the cultivation of coffee and corn. The primary objective of this project is to identify, evaluate and propose strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities inherent to the company's activities, aiming to optimize its operational efficiency, financial sustainability and strategic expansion.
