    This project consists of uniting knowledge from five study units with a common objective which is a general analysis of human resources, thus carrying out the entire procedural cycle of this department of fundamental importance for the development of an organization and its stakeholders. The first mentioned unit Selection and retention of talents that gives us the necessary information for the inclusion (hiring) of a new person in our squad or even how to keep a promising employee in the company; For the second unit, we have Positions, Salaries and Career Plans that allow us to identify the adequacy of the rights and duties of employees in a fair way, in addition to collaborating for their development in a successful career, creating a two-way street in employee/company relationship; the third unit studied Performance evaluation consists of building a stronger relationship between manager and employee, thus analyzing through daily processes and results obtained in longer periods measuring their evolution or their needs for the triumph of such; the fourth unit Personal Department teaches us to develop the ability to organize through more bureaucratic procedures, thus enforcing what is described in the law in labor matters; the fifth unit Leadership and coaching allows us to engage those involved for a common objective, thus bringing synergy in the activities carried out, causing a feeling of well-being and pleasure in being present in the environment, in addition to learning training and dialogue tools.

    This project aims to present a proposal for improvement logistics department, having the company Assi Transportes as its object of study, in order to to understand the structure of the processes that take place in it. It will be presented in this project syntheses and concepts presented and discussed in the theoretical and practical classes that make up the 7th module of the Administration course composed of the 5 disciplines: • Integrated Logistics that enabled us through tools and concepts presented in the classroom, analyze and expose a supply chain across the its extension. • Project Management that in this work will help us to present the process of creating and developing a product/service, from its idea to the evaluation of results. • Production Management which aims to assist us in the characterization of the production process and all its stages of the company object of study. • Process Management, which will be the general objective of this process, because it will help us to understand the existing processes in the company and finally propose improvements. • Strategic Cost Management that will allow us to identify all existing costs in the company's departments reattaches them in order to find a economic break-even point.

    This document presents information about Covid-19 in the region of São João da Boa View – SP. It contains information about the local economy, social aspects of the region and reports and interviews with renowned entrepreneurs in the region's market. to run the project we had the assistance of Unifeob professors Dirceu Batista, Ana Carolina and the others who taught us classes throughout the administration course. For more precise execution, it was also necessary to carry out a field research and a study on how local commerce works.
